Staying safe: we will never ask for your seed phrase
How to spot fake support and what to do if you shared a secret.
Scammers often pretend to be support staff. These rules never change:
- Vanna staff never DM you first. If someone offers help in a direct message, block and report them.
- Nobody will ask for your seed phrase or private key. Not in chat, not by email, not in Discord.
- We never ask you to connect a wallet to "verify" anything.
- Only trust links on vanna.finance and help.vanna.finance.
If you shared your seed phrase or private key
Treat that wallet as compromised. Create a new wallet and move your funds to it right away. Then tell us in the chat so we can help with the rest.
Talking to us safely
Use the chat on this site or in the app. If you paste something that looks like a private key, we remove it automatically and remind you to move your funds.
